Fluorides waste water treatment

Treatment plants of fluorides represent a precisely control system for the presence of chemicals in the water of metal industry. Furthermore, this system is completely automated so as not to require a dedicated operator.

Based on the type of metal treated, CIE studied customized waste treatment plants for the neutralization and reduction of fluorides. The whole team is trained in the design of a fluorides removal system for industries.
The designers devised these fluoride removal systems specifically for the conditions of the wastewater. This process takes place particularly through lab analysis that measure specific to actual concentration of fluorides.
PUR-ALL® technology for fluoride removal system is ideal to lower fluoride levels in liquids. It should therefore be noted that certain levels of fluoride in wastewater are problematic for industries that use the same fluorides as detergents, such as manufacturing or metalworking industries.
Wastewater plants for fluorides treatment use specific chemical reactions that allow the elimination of acids and alkaline substances from the metal washing waters. Fluorides precipitate as unsoluble non toxic sludge to delivery outside. Consequently, resulting waters are extremely pure.
Purifiers of waste water plants perform a preparatory treatment prior to the final one. A conventional purifier treats the secondary water by removing surfactants, oils and metal pollutants. The water from the coil coating line, on the other hand, contain oils and surfactants, but fluorides also.
