Best ion exchange plant to delete conductivity from metal finishing waste water

D.I. Units technology is based on an ion exchange process for purification plants and is able to lower the conductivity level of metal finishing waste water.

The rinse recycling by ion exchange resins takes place through the D.I Unit technology, a treatment able to remove ions in order to obtain water with a lower salt content. In order to obtain deionized washing water, we install filters containing special resins able to improve the quality of rinse water, so that it can be reused in production plants and therefore reduce its consumption.

Purification plants with Ion Exchange (I.X.) technology, able to deliver demineralized water with low salt concentration and conductivity to be used within process or as a recycle of rinse waters.

The CIE systems employs a unique regeneration process where HCl and NaOH usage are optimized and the regeneration of this reverse osmosis technology allows to the waste’s volumes a decrease of 50% of current.

Purification plants with Ion Exchange treatment plants (I.X.) are able to deliver demineralized water with a low salt concentration and conductivity able to produce process quality demineralized water for either rinse water recycling or once through operations.
